This luxury 3 bedroom home sleeps 6. An easy walk to the Promenade, Blue Flag Beach and golf courses. We are less than a 10 minute walk to the Promenade and to the coastal walk leading to the Beach.

Our home is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with comfortable settee and armchairs. A well-equipped modern kitchen. Two good sized double bedrooms and 1 single with sturdy bunk beds with full sized single mattreses. If you should want a 'quiet' night in, there is a variety of games to challenge you, whilst listening to music on our HiFi system. A garage for storage of wetsuits, surfboards; fishing nets, buckets, spades, windbreaker, garden seats are all available. Private parking for 2 cars.

We are in a quiet residential area; we have fully enclosed side and rear gardens with patio furniture. It is a 6 minute walk to Portstewart Promenade where you will find a variety of nice shops, children's play area and coastal path. Grocer shop is a 4 minute walk down the road or Tesco supermarket 2-3 minute drive up the road. Blue flag beach - 3 minute drive. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Home of Morelli’s world famous ice cream, many other brands available.

Location Description

From Belfast take M2 northbound and follow signs for Coleraine. Just outside Coleraine at Lodge Road roundabout (first roundabout after Causeway hospital) take fourth exit onto Ring Road - A29. following signs for Portrush until the Portrush roundabout. Take 3rd exit signposted Portstewart onto Coleraine Ring Road B185. At end of road turn right and continue along the Cromore Road until mini roundabout. Turn left onto Mill Road, continue to next roundabout. Take the third exit signposted to the Promenade. continue for about 300 yards and take first road on the left, Seafield Park. The house is the first on the left.
