207 Upper Malone is a modern red brick detached family home situated in a sought after quiet leafy areas of south Belfast. We have private parking and gardens to the front and rear.

The property has been fully modernized and has full central heating and double glazing. The lounge has an open fire which we light for effect in cooler weather. We pride ourselves on the quality and standard of our service, accommodation and welcome. We are happy to provide a copy of our breakfast menu.

The Lisburn Road with its boutiques cafes, bars, restaurants and Queen's University are but minutes away. We are situated near a main metro city bus route.

The property borders two premier golf courses, an athletic and running track, cycle paths and many miles of river & parkland walks. Our home is non smoking and we regret that we do not have facilities for pets.

Free internet access, a computer and daily newspapers are available for guests. We are happy to advise and provide information on shopping, places to go and things to see! We can also arrange or advise on your collection from airports, ferries or stations.

The property is within easy commuting distance from the, City Centre, (ten minutes) both airports or ferry terminal (30 minutes), rail stations (15 minutes) and motorway north and south, (ten minutes) We are five minute drive from Malone or Dunmurry Golf Clubs or Mary Peters Athletic/Running Track or Queen's University Playing Fields and Sports Complex. The university, the City Hall and main shopping is but 15 minutes drive away. (Above travel times are correct but subject to traffic congestion at busy or peak times.)
