Named after the townland in which it is situated (from Irish, Moin a Mhairt - Hill of the Miracle) Moneyvart House is located just ½ mile outside Cushendall on the Layde Road overlooking the bay below. The property (No.3) is one of four fully modernised homes created out of the sub division of a previously larger imposing Victorian house built in 1865. This three storey property is the original centre of the house and still contains much of the original staircase. It has a private garden to the rear and the extensive grounds to the front are shared with the other three properties.
The house is the perfect location for cyclists and walkers or for a quiet family getaway. Moneyvart House is not rented out for parties.
If you're lucky you might catch a glimpse of our resident red squirrels or buzzards overhead.
