There is a cozy lounge and open plan kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washer/ dryer, eye level oven and induction hob. The backdoor leads out onto a lovely decked area with gas BBQ (please note failure to clean the BBQ after use will result in a £30 charge). The garden also has patio and grass areas with outdoor furniture. There is also a distant sea view.
There is parking for several cars, and WIFI is also supplied,

Directions: For Sat Nav the postcode is BT55 7EP
Approach Portstewart via the B185 from Coleraine (Cromore Road which becomes Station Road). On approach to Portstewart there is a speed limit sign for 30 miles per hour. Take the next turn left into Dunsuivnish Ave. (which isn't far after the 30 mph sign, so slow your speed on approach to the sign). Apple Tree Cottage is located in the 5th cul de sac on your right. It is the bottom semi detached bungalow, right hand side.
