B2 Waterfoot is a beautiful, spacious and stunning three bedroom, ground floor apartment with breathtaking views over Newcastle Bay and the Mourne Mountains.

Please note that during the Covid pandemic we have a very strict cleaning and sanitising protocol in place. eg Pillows, pillow protectors and duvets are removed each week and fresh ones placed on the beds. The beds are completely stripped and steamed. We want our visitors to be assured that we are doing everything possible to keep them safe. All drawers, handles, light switches, all surfaces are sanitised. For a full list of procedures please just get in touch.

The apartment is a fully equipped and beautifully presented facility and very much "home from home". It offers a wonderful waterfront setting in a most striking location, with unrestricted views out to sea. It is close to the shops, cafes, excellent restaurants and coastal walks such as Newcastle’s new promenade and is only metres from the beach.

Free Unlimited WI-FI is also available in the apartment, so that you can keep in touch with friends and family, watch films and listen to music. Just bring your PC to link up.

Location Description

Take the A2 from Belfast, travelling through Carryduff and then Ballynahinch, Seaforde, Clough and then on to Newcastle. Continue through the main street of Newcastle on the one way system. The apartments are situated on the left hand side of the main street almost opposite the library. They have a large black gate entrance with "Waterfoot" clearly labelled.
