Coming from Belfast take right turn at Rathgael Road traffic lights. At roundabout take right. Next traffic lights turn left down the Green Road. Take right towards roundabout (6 rd ends) and go straight. Take next road on the right, Kerrs Road. First sharp bend turn left down concrete lane. Bins always here. At old farm machinery turn left. Follow lane past farm yard. Orchard Cottage next right. Can not be seen from lane. Dual carriage way direction: Newtownards.
