Cushendall has a sailing club and Ardclinis Activity Centre can arrange rock climbing, wind surfing and mountain bike trips.
The beach in Cushendall is somewhat stoney but there are sandy beaches at Waterfoot, a three mile drive south and Cushendun, five miles North. The nearest town Ballymena is 18 miles away. Belfast is 50 miles south of Cushendall and Belfast International Airport is approximately 40 miles away. Larne Ferry Harbour is approximately 35 miles south of Cushendall, from where the Nine Glens are very easily accessible.
Ballycastle is only 15 miles away. There are good grass and hardcore tennis courts as well as a bowling green.
Apartment is available all year round.
