Rose Cottage is in Irvinestown, County Fermanagh 8 miles to the historic Island town of Enniskillen, 18m to the shopping centres in Omagh. Easy walking distance to a plethora of independent shops, coffee shops, takeaways, pubs and entertainment. Fabulous local countryside walks. Just 4 miles to Lower Lough Erne and all that it offers; Kayaking, boating, fishing, history and lough side walks. World class golfing amenities within a half hour drive. An abundance of equestrian facilities locally. Under an hour to Donegal’s stunning scenery and beaches along the Wild Atlantic Way. Fermanagh is definitely a place to find yourself and soothe your soul.

The Cottage consists of a kingsize room, a twin room with 2 additional trundle beds if required. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a shower room plus a full bathroom. A full kitchen with dishwasher and enough equipment to satisfy a full house! The separate dining room can seat 8. Washer/dryer. There is a secure area for bikes and fishing gear available. If you wish to place an online grocery order for delivery prior to your stay, this can be arranged for you.

Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk are in the cupboards for you (So you can have a cup of tea on arrival before unpacking) Other basics such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are also provided.

All bed linen and towels are provided and 100% cotton. Eco friendly Bumboo toilet roll is in the two bathrooms. During the COVID19 pandemic, there will be no mid week service but additional linens and towels are in the laundry room in the cottage for you should you need them.

There are books, DVD's, games and toys to keep the family amused on rainy days. Johnny Rocko's is also just around the corner which provides great indoor family entertainment.

The historic 230 acre Necarne Castle is just a 20 minute walk through the town. Beautiful old forests, walled garden and open fields.
