Downhill beach is a blue flag beach and is manned by lifeguards directly infront of the house from April to September. It is also famous as a filming location for Game of Thrones. Ideal for water sports, this would also appeal to young families as Benone complex is a mile up the beach with heated outdoor pools and a 9 hole golf course. For the more professional golfers Castlerock, Portrush and Portstewart Golf Courses are within easy reach. It is also a great location for anyone attending the very popular wedding venue at the Mussenden Temple and gardens being just a 5 minute walk away. This location would suit anyone wanting to de-stress and have a fun family holiday.
