A semi-detached bungalow looking over to Scotland just 12 miles across the sea. Torr Brae Getaway is a peaceful break from the hussle and bussle of reality. A tranquil and breathtaking setting just 7 miles from Ballycastle and 6 miles from Cushendun. Situated on our farm as an ideal stay for families in the heart of The Glens of Antrim sure to be memorable.
Splitting our home in half we have created a semi detached self catering unit with a fully functional kitchen and living area. A spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a snug second bedroom with a double and single bed. Both bedrooms have a spacious en-suite. And not to mention the stunning views to compliment your stay.

Take A2 from Ballycastle to Ballyvoy, turn left at Hunters Bar, then take third left and B&B is on the right, nearTorr Head.

Directions from Town
Transport by car is certainly recommended. However, we have had several tourists and athletes join us on bicycles after braving the high climbs, low drops and tight corners the Torr Road offers.
We also recommend having Google maps downloaded and ready before making a journey up Torr as the phone signal is all but forgotten in some parts.
Getting to the start by car
To reach us it is essential you have a form of transport, the Torr Road is steep and full of sharp twists and turns. In high season it is a popular tourist destination so due care is needed to navigate it. A mention to those that also farm the land like ourselves it would be quite normal to find a flock of sheep or herd of cattle on the road any day of the week (whether they are intended to be there or not) so this is another reason to drive carefully.
Despite the long and twisty road it all becomes worth it when you reach Torr Brae/Torr Head to experience Northern Ireland's closest point to Scotland with only 12 miles of sea between us.
