Early Birds Singing

The Early Birds singing group is back! The lovely Ciara Delaney will be leading the friendliest singing group around.

This is a singing group for your wellbeing:

• Releases endorphins and improves mood
• It’s an aerobic activity and improves fitness
• Improves confidence and self esteem
• Releases oxytocin and improves depression and loneliness
• Lowers cortisol and relieves stress and tension
• Improves the immune system and helps with pain

And... it's great craic too : )

The term runs from Thursday 19 September to Thursday 12 December inclusive, with one week off on Thursday 10 October.
